Set up the account online from my phone and was at the unit in less than an hour loading up a unit. I had the space booked instantly and the app made it easy to get through the gates and doors. When I walked in a team member was cleaning the floors and was ready to help if I needed it.

Booked to have a storage for April 3rd. They called me right after to go over information. I received an email with contract. The contact was for now which is 2 weeks before I travel there. I’m moving from another state. I put the info in for the correct date . I called them and they apologized and kept the storage unit for now even though I’m not moving there for 2 weeks and gave me a $15 credit.
