If I could put zero stars I would.
Came by to get a quick eye brow wax. I walked in and there was ONE customer. She said the wait would be TWO HOURS LONG. A ridiculous wait time for a 5 minute service.
This is how you scare away any potential or future clients.

Ok today I went to get my one nail done because the polish came off and so the owner told me to come in at 4:45 ok I was there at 4:40 and she did a woman whole nail set , then when she finish her nails set up the water for her feet ok and then while I'm sitting there for one nail to be done she the owner decides to go and rub lotion on the lady arms and oh her mom went in the back until she decided to do the one nail and started the woman pedicure and then when the owner did my one nail I had to guess if it was dry because she went to the other woman that came with the woman she was doing and started rubbing her hands and oh she didn't treat me like a client that been going to her and she didn't even put the after clear gel on my nail and when I sat there deciding if I was dry or not she the owner while she rubbing the woman hands said I was dry but how would she know so I will not be going back to this place well I'll say this if your white you'll get the service you want with a smile on there freaking faces. I feel we are paying customers just like them but we get treated like crap, but let it go back to all black businesses doing bails oh that when they want to throw their fake niceness on you. I only gave one star is because so I can comment

Three hours & $95 for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure (no dip/acrylic/removal/anything else) for really horrible work and service. I'm adding a photo of the color I chose for my pedicure next to the color they put on me. They claimed that the display "faded" in the sun, but you'd think if they know the display fades in the sun, that they wouldn't keep it in the sun? They also did a completely different color on my hands than I asked for. I chose light pink and got clear & transparent nothing. Disappointing and would never ever be worth $95 ever.

Mama Kim did her thing! The color was beautiful and she took off my nails without damaging my real mail any more. First time trying dip and I loved it. Her and her daughter Cindy deserve all of y’all’s business . Enjoy ❤️
