They need to work on customer service. They never have any actual bankers. They call their tellers bankers but they can’t help with opening up new accounts. Don’t waste your time getting CD accounts or savings accounts with chase. Look into High Yield Saving accounts somewhere else with higher interest rates for example SOFI Marcus by Goldman Sachs. This location overall is trash. I got home loans threw chase and as soon as they start the process you just become another number in their sales target metrics and will never get anybody to help you. In this location you can tell Arturo Ozuna is tired of his job and hates his sweatbox he calls an office. Please give this men a raise or let him go. Anything to put a smile on his face. I hope he isn’t getting spanish pay because you can tell he is the type of latino that hates speaking spanish to none english customers.

Don't go to this branch if you need to get something notarized. They used to be quite efficient at offering this service but not anymore. Now they just give excuses as to why they can't notarize a document; "Sorry, the notary is off today", "We're really busy now, maybe make an appointment for next week", "Oh, this document doesn't contain the correct verbage needed for a notary to put their stamp on. We can't help you".Word of advice, if you need something notarized just go to UPS. The one at 2830 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76109 has plenty of friendly and capable notaries and typically no wait time. I left this Chase branch, went to UPS and 15 minutes later my document was notarized with no issues at all.

There was human feces on the floor of the lobby. The sight of the poopy floor gave a welcoming aroma to the building. Will be coming back.

Poor customer service. I have appointment at 3:00PM but the power is off and they don’t even text or call me to inform it. I come to the bank they only say that “Well, the power is off we can’t do anything for you” that’s waste of my time ?
