Not only admitted that they lost my husband's money in their system when a check was cashed (over $500), claimed they would make it right in 2-3 business days and proceed to not only NOT do that, they decided to close his account also. All on behalf on their own mistakes. I couldn't recommend banking here any less. Unless you love having your money literally stolen. Not a surprise coming from Chase though, you hear plenty of these same stories everywhere. Just save yourself the trouble and bank ANYWHERE but here.

I experienced a lengthy wait for notary services at this location, which took over an hour. The clerk provided different estimates for the wait time, and it seemed to increase during my visit. While I understand that processes can be unpredictable, I believe that with better communication about wait times, the experience could be significantly improved. The actual notarization process itself only takes about five minutes, so if there are ways to streamline the service, it would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. I would recommend considering these improvements for future visitors.

Worse customer service I have experienced in all my 8 years with chase . The front desk ladies canning even cash an Efs check or a normal check with out committing a mistake and still try to blame you for the mistake even after telling them what I wanted to do. All the other customers just realized how idiotic they are after hearing what they did to me they got scared. The manager is the same way , worse branch in Fort Worth avoid at all cost ….!

The ATM that's between the entrance doors and the actual bank is the only thing I use here and it works. Can't speak for all the other stuff people complain about.
ATM gives 100s, 20s and 1s and is convenient when open. After hours you have to scan your debit card like a badge to get in so it gives a little more secure feeling.

The reviews are correct. Incompetent staff .. waited over 20 min just to be told no one is available who is authorized to complete the task. Either wait more or go to a different location.

The wait times are horrendous. It's not unusual to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru- no sense of urgency.
Pathetic worst bank I've ever dealt with.

Nobody available to help , have to make an appointment for anything, 3 week wait for appointments,This bank sucks .Easier to get money out and try a different bank .

This Chase is the worst branch. The drive thru ATM never works. It can't accept deposits. It can't dispense cash. It's ridiculous. I'm on the verge of switching banks because of how often the ATM isn't working. Then when you go inside people decide to do their entire banking on that one ATM so takes a long time to do something as simple as a cash withdrawal. Don't use this branch if you don't have too.

I use their drive-thru deposit service a few times a month, and the staff is always quick and friendly. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. It's likely because a lot of these people don't know how to act like competent adults.
