If I could give this place negative 5 stars. I would. I went into the lobby today at 4 PM the place was dead and nobody came to help us. I sat there with my daughter for almost 10 minutes straight. All 3 of the workers that were there, 2 women in the front and one Hispanic guy accountant they were, they were all Hispanic all 3 of them, and none of them helped us. Let us sit there and then when I finally went up to the front to ask the lady for help because I wanted to add my daughter's name to my account she said that they were booked all the way through Tuesday and that I would have to come back because it was gonna take over an hour to do it. I called the one on camp Bowie and they said as long as I got there before 5 they would help me and that it should not take an hour to add a name to somebody's account and I had my daughter there with me. I had her ID had her social had everything I needed. I'd had the account there for years and I got there within an hour of the bank closing had plenty of time to add her name to my account. They didn't have any customers in there at the time they were completely dead and and we sat there for awhile and was not offered any service and told me that I had to come back because it was going to take too long and they just wanted to go home and and I know. It's a Friday, but that doesn't excuse them. And when they had a whole hour and and this other Chase on Camp Bowie told me to come in and that they could help me. That doesn't make any sense. All 3 of those workers were Hispanic and I totally felt like I was a victim of racism. I felt like because I wasn't Hispanic. They weren't interested in helping me. And I should file a freaking lawsuit against Chase for not having other employees there that are not Hispanic because they had 3 Spanish workers there and I'm white and my daughter's white and I felt to discriminated against.

Horrible customer service. Went to sign paper work and JUAN said he was too busy to help me. No notes in my account that means he would have to call and he didn’t have time. One couple waiting. I took time off from work to get this done. Yet chase representative is too busy. Waited my time.

Horrible . I can see why they have 2 stars. Location was empty . No one there to serve you . No one picks up the phone . No notary available . Bad customer service .

As a long term Chase Bank client it’s concerning that it seems impossible to reach anyone at this branch office by phone to get an “appointment” to modify and/or originate an account. Seems so different than all the other Chase branch offices I have dealt with in the past.
However, visiting this branch office the Tellers are awesome, very cheerful and professional.

I came in today to try to get bank statements for 2 years .ans juan Would not help me. He kept on directing me to go online and print him out myself one month at a time. All he had to do was get this done for me, but he didn't. That's why i'm changing banks from chase to frost, which is a much better banking system. And the customer service is way better.

Went to cash a check & the teller asked me for my debit card. I said I handed you my driver's license for proof of identification. She says or you could have just gave me your debit card. Hun, I've been handing over my DL for 40yrs. I don't have a debit card. I use credit cards only. SMH...

Don't use this branch they are unfriendly unhelpful and downright disrespectful.They didn't help research the issues that I was there for and when the manager came to assess the situation she was equally or more so unprofessional and disrespectful.

DONT USE THE ATM MACHINE. They will rip up your money and tell you you didn’t deposit it till the investigation goes through. Even though you needed the money right away to make a very important payment

Worst bank as they never pick up their call. I wonder why they even have a phone no. If they don’t want to pick calls. I have been trying to reach them since last 4-5 days in a row.

I came to this branch to open and account, and also was suppose to get a 200 dollar code. I gave it to the guy named Austin black and he put it in. Then weeks went by and I never received it. Upon having several deposits in the account, I had to come in and I spoke to him and wasn’t helpful. Said he would send another code to chase and today still have not received my 200 dollars. Not a good branch. And not very apologetic or helpful. I just want someone to give me my 200 that I should have received since opening the account.
