Don't use this branch they are unfriendly unhelpful and downright disrespectful.They didn't help research the issues that I was there for and when the manager came to assess the situation she was equally or more so unprofessional and disrespectful.

DONT USE THE ATM MACHINE. They will rip up your money and tell you you didn’t deposit it till the investigation goes through. Even though you needed the money right away to make a very important payment

I came to this branch to open and account, and also was suppose to get a 200 dollar code. I gave it to the guy named Austin black and he put it in. Then weeks went by and I never received it. Upon having several deposits in the account, I had to come in and I spoke to him and wasn’t helpful. Said he would send another code to chase and today still have not received my 200 dollars. Not a good branch. And not very apologetic or helpful. I just want someone to give me my 200 that I should have received since opening the account.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE UP ATM. In the 5 years I’ve been with chase. I had NEVER had any issues. This branch knows the DRIVE UP ATM outside does not work the way it should. Still nothing is done to maintenance it or actually fix the errors. This is now the second time I deposit (months apart from last time) and I am not able to do access my money because the ATM is glitching, or in a “error state”. Has happened twice now, both with a small and large amount. The first time I sat on the phone for almost a hour to try to even get information on my acct and report the issue. Last time I at least had cash already in my possession. This time I don’t. I have gone the entire weekend without being able to access my money. I’ve checked my account and it reads *present available balance $…… (what I deposited SINCE FRIDAY) my actual balance that I am able to pull money out of (NOT ENOUGH FOR WHAT I NEED TO BUY).

I made a deposit in the ATM over the weekend and during the process, the entire system shut down and began to reboot. Not only did it not give me my deposit back, but no receipt showing the funds were even deposited. I called the branch only to be told, it would be up to 2 business days before I am issued a Temporary deposit! NEVER Again will I make deposits at the Chase ATM's!!

I have been going to this bank for a year now. And was really surprised when during my transaction the security guard was behind teller the entire time looking at my accout that is surely a violation of privacy and i was shaken by it. I never thought that was possible. I would think that the bank teller or Supv.would of said something. I need to talk with someone about this.

There was minimal staff but once at the front of the line they assisted with standard requests. However I needed a notary for a document so I could access retirement funds which I could then put into the bank. But because the account was not set up currently, the bank manager refused to notarize the document. This is circular reasoning and was of NO help to me. I need to find a more responsive bank to deposit funds
