One teller with SIX people waiting in line. Needless to say I waited nearly THIRTY minutes to get my business taken care of. I also noticed a police officer in the lobby and I can only assume things are not safe here.

Glad to be a customer with Chase again. Think I'll stay put where I am treated like a Queen despite my glass being half full, temporarily. The special treatment can turn a ladies day around completely. Turning a sad ? face, into a happy ? face.Thank you that...it means more than you'll ever know.

As a small business owner, it was important that I develop a relationship with my local branch. David G . And FlaToya made opening my business accounts pleasant. They were both inviting, warm, friendly, and most importantly informed me of additional support they could offer my business. I'm appreciative that the bankers here represent the people in the community.

Only one ATM open, the car line doesn’t even fit in the parking lot. I give one star because I had an emergency and I couldn’t afford to wait in line to access the atm. I drove to another atm and paid a fee for getting my own cash because my bank couldn’t provide an atm.

We waited in the lobby while a liason took our questions in to the banker. Of course we have a follow-up question. Answers we don't like create more questions. Waited... waited... Why couldn't we just go in and see the wizard and ask our questions in person? Very annoyed by lack of customer service, the greeters were doing their job but there was a back up, at the top of the ladder I guess

I really wish they would revisit their operating hours. I feel like closing at 5 during the week is a bit unreasonable. Also, I would like for this particular location to get their drive through ATMs fixed so that you may make deposits and withdrawals. When you insist on closing at 5 and your ATM is practically useless, it's frustrating to your customers.

One can conduct a lot of business at their ATM machines. Their Android app is good too.There used to be a couple of machines inside the bank and they suddenly were gone. They lost a lot of employees with covid and it changed a lot of things at this branch through no fault of their own. My prayers are with them for it changed everyone's lives.

I've had nothing but good experiences in this branch. They always are very friendly, timely and go the extra mile. I've dealt with the manager, loan officer (David), and ladies at the counter, all with positive results, never a problem.

Worst customer service ever! New customer and the only black woman working there (with drawn on eyebrows) about 12:30pm today (09/22/21) almost made me want to close my account she was so rude. Lucky I've already deposited money or I would definitely closed this account. This location needs to do better

RUBEN and the branch Manager are AMAZING! They assisted me and treated me like family. They really set the bar in service and professionalism. THEY make it to where I want to return to that branch again! Thanks RUBEN!!!!
