If I could rate this Chase branch with just one star, I definitely would. If you happen to need to do any banking done on a Friday or Saturday, don't count on them being fully operational in the latter part of the day. The first time I visited, around 3 PM on a Friday, they couldn't assist me in opening a bank account, citing that they work by appointment, as explained by a middle-aged blonde woman. Today, on a Saturday at noon, when I wanted to add my husband to my account, I received the same response from a Hispanic male relationship banker. I decided to try another Chase branch nearby, where they had no issue helping me promptly. It seems like this particular Chase branch needs to improve its customer service, as this appears to be a recurring problem, judging by the reviews.

Bobby loves to cancel appointments and act like he cannot do anything to help you. Oh and the fun part is he doesnt answer his phone when you dare to ask him why he canceled the appointment. I explained my experience to chase customer service and they credited me $50 for the frustration this branch brought to me and insured me the would look into the issues at this branch. Do yourself a favor and drive down N Beach St to a competent location.

I usually do my banking online and have had no problems. Until this weekend. Was behind in rent and a friend sent me a cashiers check to cover it.I deposited it yesterday using the deposit service through the app. For some reason, "we have to verify things", is their excuse for holding my money.I called to find out when it would be released, and no one i spoke to could give me a timeliness.It was a cashiers check from a bank in Colorado!!! Why do they need to verify anything? As a result, I will probably be evicted!Well Fargo, here I come!!!

Bobby never answers our calls. Called him over a dozen times before he would get back to us. Other than that chase has been great to deal with, just difficult to reach over the phone.

Tried setting up an Estate account for my deceased mother. They told me it would be 3 to 5 days, as their legal department had to look at it. 2 weeks later I walk in, ask what the problem is. After about 20 minutes they said there was an issues with the paperwork. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know....... silence. All they had to do was make a 30 second phone call. That's all.

Least helpful branch I’ve experienced. I’m a chase customer for almost 20 years. Took my son twice to open his own account and no one wants to be bothered after 4PM. Last week it was, “ oh it takes about 20 minutes, come back next week. This week we were there 40 minutes before closing, “oh, it takes about an hour, we won’t have time today. You need to make an appointment” why didn’t you say that last week? My son will now be opening an account with a different bank (not branch). Bad experience for someone that’s just starting out his life that could have been a life long customer. Good job!

I love this branch of Chase! I have a personal and business account here as well as savings. Sunny and Jackie are amazing! As well as the other gals. I have to come in quite often for notarys and they are always so quick to help get them done for our business. Thank you Sunny and Jackie y'all are amazing and always brighten my day:)

This was by far the worst Chase location that I have ever been to. Evidently whoever is running this location, has no idea what they are doing. Complete chaos from start to finish.The tellers were in serious need of customer service and ethics training, the branch manager was equally as useless and incompetent hiding away in her cubicle as customers were waiting to be helped. At one point she surfaced and did absolutely NOTHING except to come out for drinks chatting it up, laughing loudly with another useless employee. Never once did she ask if anyone needed help or if she could assist in anyway. I will go out of my way just to go the branch on beach street that has WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and BETTER MANAGEMENT.
