Came in to open up my daughter high school checking account on a late Friday afternoon. Didn’t have an appointment Mariah was so helpful and really sweet, she advised me that I need to open a total checking account because that’s the only way I can get her an high school checking account. She was able to open up me an account and my daughter as well before closing time and didn’t make me feel like we were being rushed.

It's the largest and the Best Financial institution in terms of level of service wether it is Banking, Mortgage, Credit card, Financing or Investments. You name it and they have it.

Nicole was rude when she interacted with me during a transaction. She had a 'stink' face. Flores excused her behavior. Avoid this bank, there's more branches. The one on Hulen is great, never had an issue with them.
