Had to close my account after many years with Chase because of a move, and I will miss their extraordinary customer service. Dan was helpful in closing my account and said to come back if ever in the area. Nice!

Bank with Frost! Outdated policies here! There is no difference between a night drop deposit vs a day time deposit. So why don't I need an ID for a night drop but it's mandatory for a day drop?

My husband opened an account with them and when we went in to add me to account we been told we need an appointment to talk to a banker and they only have one person that works. Her schedule was full. Screw that. I can’t just come in and talk to a banker if I had an emergency I have to make an appointment with them. We closed the account. And the lady that worked at front is rude. I would give 0 stars if I could

I went to this branch to deposit a check from an investment account. I've deposited several other checks from the same source at this branch. The teller and branch manager tell me that these checks can not be deposited into my account because of another person on the investment account is the primary name. I explained to them that this is the fourth or fifth time this year that I have deposited one of these checks without a problem. To which Yolanda informs me that the teller who deposited them didn't do their job correctly and should not have deposited the check. The only problem with her answer is, the teller who had done the previous deposits was the same teller that was doing this one, and Yolanda had approved the other deposits herself when the teller asked for verification. In her own words, she told me her and her teller did not do their jobs. I rectified the situation and had the check deposited by another branch. This branch is just horrible. When my wife and I opened our joint account Yolanda also was the person who set them up, and we had to make multiple trips to get problems fixed. I'll be going out of my way to go to the Hulen Mall or Bryant Irving branches from now on as they're both staffed with competent individuals. If Chase wasn't such a convenient bank, I would have closed all my accounts with them.

Went to get a car title notarized for title transfer. We called ahead and made an appointment and when we get there we wait for 5 minutes. Then they seat us in a cubicle and explain that they do not notarize car titles. They want to avoid the liability in case they notarize the incorrect location on the title.This tells me they don't train their staff to take care of normal day to day business. They don't value customers time either.

THE STAFF AT THE HULEN AND RISINGER CHASE BANK ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS , PROFESSIONAL AND GO THE EXTRA MILE. IM ALWAYS CALLED BY NAME. GREAT JOB TO MANAGER YOLANDA AND STAFF!!!!
