I went to three different Chase banks to exchange some small bills since I don’t have back account with them they still help with $100 exchange per day. I appreciate your help.They all have good customer but this location is the most friendly one so I should leave a 5-stars review for it.

Not sure what’s the problem with the employees (especially the one who greets you upon entering the facility). They side eyed me the entire time I was in the building as if I did not belong in their store. On top of that I caught the lady who greets you talking to the lady in the first office to your left and she was talking about me while looking at me sideways. Very uncomfortable very unprofessional and very disgusting. The guy at the counter didn’t seem to pleased to see a black woman in the store either. What was I really to expect with JP Morgan’s name attached to this smh.

Negative Negative infinity Zero stars for the so called branch mgr Alyssa. I had 2 forms of government identification (with pictures)and they would not accept it. They claimed they had an internal policy that states they can't accept the 2 government issued identifications for the amount I wanted to withdraw. I asked where I could find the policy, and they couldn't produce it or tell me where to find it online. They kept telling me they couldn't print it, which I never asked for them to print it. I avoid this branch due to previous racial profiling. I also showed her my account on my phone app. Number one they don't have a clear understanding of the policy, and number two they assume that only white people have money to withdraw. Stay away from this branch if you are anything other than white...so ridiculous. I ended up getting my money by completing 2 separate transactions....did not make sense that I had to jump through hoops to get my money. Chase please hire people that do not treat people differently because of their race...do better please.

Horrible customer service. All ATMs not working. When I went to the window at 4:55p they said I could do a withdrawal, then they changed their minds and said they are closed.Meanwhile you can see the folks inside the window laughing. Not sure what they were laughing about, but I hope it wasn’t me. You will lose all my accounts to another bank.

This location is terrible. Staff is rude and doesn't care to help. I just needed to get a paper notarized and after 30 mins of waiting I was told they were busy. Even though they said they could help in 15 mins when I walked in. They said some rude things I will not put here. I'll never go to this location again. I do not recommend.

I was starting a checking, savings, and applying for a credit card. I spoke with Emily, Miki, and ailisha and they were all amazing and super helpful. The service was excellent, the people were extremely nice, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no appointment, as I walked in and was helped immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with any questions and find the right accounts and credit card for me.

Assistant manager is very bad at customer service and extremely uninformed about basic and simple procedures. I don’t expect people to know everything, but they should at least take the time to ask someone who actually knows how things work. One star is generous.

Went to this bank to open a new checking account on the only day they accept walk ins. Been waiting a while and a banker I can see talking his life with the customer forever. No wonder this branch has a horrible rating.

The service is very bad. Came in to open a new account an hour before closing. despite the fact that all the employees were unoccupied, they did not accept me, they said they would make an appointment in advance. Chase service is very poor. I will go to another bank that treats customers with respect

I opened a business account up today, Nery Corona was absolutely fabulous, he explained everything to me thoroughly and was very friendly, I highly recommend CHASE for your financial needs.
