HEY OWNER,
This location is handy but not up to standards! I will try to go to other locations whenever I'm able to.
There is no hope for supplies to clean the windshield. Just look at the gas pump areas. Terrible!!
Whoever is responsible should be ashamed!!

Close at 1030p as posted online. Count smokes at 10pm and refuse to sell me a pack. Guess the guy cant subtract? Rude enough that i asked for corporate for the 1st time in my life! So disappointed in myself. If you cant sell me a pack of smokes after 10 then thats false advertisement to say what he said. "Cutts me off when asking for a pack while never looking upnfrom paperwork and then tells me "we count them at 10 and ihave to clean till 1030 so i cant sell you a product thats not regulated during busines hours.Thats by definition falsoe advertisement but i would have just went up the road if that prissy little "person" wouldnt have threatened to call the cops on me for questioning his authority. Told him to go ahead they arent going to do anything but ask me to leave which im already doing.Sorry for the rant but im pissed! How is this place still opened!?!m

This place needs to.have their landscaping done. I noticed lots of weeds right outside their door. There is one that i believe is poison Hemlock wich is highly poisonous. Be careful .

This is 3/13/23 a Monday. The shell gas station on the corner of 35 access road and basswood Blvd are not giving you the right gas prices and the manager didn't seem to gaf. He shushed me when I was trying to talk and I had to make sure he talked to me with respect as I was with him. Anyways their gas pumps and sign say 3.05 9/10. So basically 3.06 per gallon. I prepaid 20 bucks an only received 5.5 gallons. Do the math. 20 divided by 3.06 equals 6.5 and some change. I was a very happy guy before I came to this place. This guy who says he was the manager, was something else. When I confronted him about the issue he grabbed a calculator like he was gonna do something to help. Rang up other customers , 2 in fact. Then looks at me, for the 1st time during that interaction might I add, and then had to nerve to ask me "is there something else I can do for you? Like yes, give me another 1 gallon of gas or give me a refund. He stated "oh I can't just give gas way" then when I tried to say something else, that's when he put his hand up to my face and tried to shush me. I really need a owner or senior Manger to contact me in regards. I am a business leader and I have over 97 subordinates under me. This is not how you handle people. Basically Rob them and act like an A-hole to them like anyone that is not him are d*** and aren't worth the time to be treated like human being, shown respect. I am very very VERY upset and will be contacting the news . I took pictures. Time stamped

Went down the street to the 7 eleven and the cashier behind the counter told us he couldn’t sell us scratch offs because he got $40 taken out of his check. He was super rude so instead I came here and Terry was super nice. Had a smile on his face and didn’t complain one bit. Thank you Terry for being a gentleman and making my husbands and I night!

When you see a nozzle rift off the pump and laying on the ground, you may not want to get gas here.
