I love this daycare, my four kids attend and I highly recommend it. The staff takes good care of the children and is very attentive to their needs. If you are looking for great care plus awesome curriculum for the children this is the place for your little ones. Thanks to Mrs.Tangela and Ms.Rhonda.

#261 Childcare Network has been an amazing experience! They run just like a school and i love it! The curriculums and activities and artworks that expand the minds of young children are beautiful! I have never seen a daycare like this one and i love how the staff treats everyone like family even their own employees. Everything is so organized and the schedules are on point along with letting parents know what is going on throughout the day all on 1 simple app. #261 will always be the best in my opinion!

This place has been a blessing. My kids have thrived here, making friends and learning so much. They have been understanding with life being difficult sometimes, they really are the village that some people don’t have. I am so glad to have them be my choice of childcare.

Childcare Network 261 is a great place to work and or to build a career in early child development. We are such a family friendly workplace. We have amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. We stride to make sure that every child that comes through our network is loved, happy, safe and have fun while learning. The teachers really make an effort to engage the children in daily activities and develop them in very individualized ways.

I've been at Childcare network going on 3 years now and i love it. Each employee at 261 are loving and caring to not only their class but every child in the building. Here at 261 all the employees work together as a family and strive for our best to show our parents how much love working both them and their child/children.

Miss Tangela and Miss Taylor have made my son’s time at daycare so amazing. He absolutely loves this place and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. They treat the kids like their own. I will always think of this daycare fondly.

Staff is amazing but the lady Tangela Watson in the front is so rude and unprofessional.. Had no problems until she started as long as she is an employee i will never recommend any services she should not be working with children at all....

I wanted to share an updated review. This location underwent a change in directors and I'm very pleased with the change. Tangela has really made an effort to build great working relationships with the staff and parents. I think this has improved the moral for all the teachers and that is so important because happy teachers mean happy kiddos. I appreciate the care that ALL the staff show for my kids and it is great to know they are in good hands. I also like the effort to improve the aesthetics of the center!

When I first enrolled my twins into this school it was great. Ms. Charlotte was always kind and communicative. She also took the time address any concerns I may have had. The 2 year old class room was great. Their teachers Ms. Tia and Angelica were awesome and provided structure for the kiddos. Daily reports and pictures were sent out.Around the time that Ms. Tia and Angelica left there was a shift at the daycare that I noticed. Staff were beginning to dwindle and just anyone was being hired. I witnessed a staff being physically aggressive with a child. From there my experience with this center turned for the worst. The new director, Tangela is rude, disrespectful, uncaring, and condescending. When she first arrived, I was told that my children were having extreme behavioral issues. This came to my surprise as we had never has any issues or incidents prior to the several new temp staff. I found it odd that she told staff to write up every thing that kids are doing so she can implement behavior plans. Especially when she has a revolving door of staff. The children has no routine but her focus is "curriculum". Her staff aren't trained to deal with normal 2 and 3 year old behavior but they a equipped the tools to teach a curriculum. I found this to be BS, as my children who have turned 3 are in a classroom with 3 1/2 year olds and 4 year olds. Here recently, I gotten several odd incident reports that describing very aggressive behavior from my children which I believe to have been exaggerated. Which to no surprise my daughter was accused of spitting in a teacher's face, just to find out she was blowing raspberries but it was brought my attention as an egregious act.I have no idea why Tangela is on a rampage to get children out of the daycare, but I feel it is retaliation due to my reports into licensing related to the treatment of the children. Not only that, my daughter contracted a cold sore from the school. When I brought it to Tangela's attention, she was rude and dismissive saying "its just a cold sore" There was no concern for my child's well being or the well being of the other children. If Tangela's goal is to get the center back on track, she would start with hiring capable staff, providing structure and routine and not writing 2 and 3 year olds up for being 2 and 3 year old.finally, I hope this location stays closed. It has become a horrid place. I do not trust the staff or Tangela with the wellbeing on my children.

Update: Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Charlotte are no longer the directors and the place is now a disaster...The staff is very limited and disrespectful to the children. It has been my experience that the staff (including the new director) are confrontational with parents when issues are addressed with them. They play favoritism and neglect the kids they don't like and because of staffing issues, the kids aren't being taught anything. It took months for us to get a new director. The persons filling in from corporate begged me to keep him enrolled as I am not happy with the way the school is being run nor how poorly my son is being treated. I expressed this on numerous occasions. After waiting, to my disappointment; the new director appears to be incompetent. Today the new director turned my son away because we arrived at noon (nap time) stating that she's implementing a new rule that kids cannot come to school after 9:30am. My son had a dentist appointment & and I took him to lunch. My son was ready to take his nap at school but I was told to bring him back at 2:30pm. I missed work today because of this. I have filed an official COMPLAINT. Instead of trying to implement new rules that are asinine; the new director should start focusing on making sure the staff provides proper care of our children, rectifying her staffing needs (not a solid teacher in 4 months for my son's class (since Ms. Tia & Ms. Angelica left in September)...there's a new and clueless temp teacher EVERYDAY), and to make sure that our children are at least getting their diapers changed! 4 out the 5 days my son is in care, I have to change his diaper MYSELF before we leave because he is soaked and or pooped. There were numerous times my child had not been changed all. When they do change him he is returned to me in some other child's cheap diaper even though I provided them with 3+ diapers needed for his skin allergies daily. Not to mention that they are not even trying to keep him on a potty training schedule. He barely gets basic care even after complaining weekly & speaking with state licensing.I am so heartbroken to have to remove my son after 2 1/2 years but he is no longer receiving education, respect, fairness, or qualified care under the new staff and I'm tired the of empty promises. Having to find a replacement school has brought hardship on me as a single parent! On top of this...they are also trying to charge me for a payment I've already made & for a week he didn't even attend school.*I can't thank Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Charlotte, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Tia, Ms. Angelica, and staff ENOUGH for ALL thier help. This is a great center that includes childproofing, food safety practices, a well-kept and maintained play space with toys, learning materials and supervision. I feel confident and reinsured when leaving my son in the care of Childcare Network #261 daily. My son has been attending nearly 2 years and it's been a happy & enriching experience! My child has grown & learned so much. I respect the staff's quick attention to my concerns as they arise, advice, that they are communicative, clear, and are eager to be a partner with me in caring for my son's education and livelihood. My child had some hearing/communication limitations but with Ms. Stephanie's help; I was able to enroll him in speech therapy. I appreciate the love they give both to me & my son.
