Screaming by staff when outside is out of control and grabbing and picking up little kids, maybe 3 and younger by their arms. I have reported complaints and live behind them and have been here six years. If you wouldn't mind your screaming auntie watching your kids then go for it.

Christina is usually very condescending with any concern or dispute, not a teacher but a staff member. Plenty of attitude, facial expressions, and bobble heading. I refuse to speak with her unprofessionalism.
