So easy when you order through the app. I love this theater. The staff is courteous and professional and they always have my order waiting on me when I arrive.
Oh, yeah, I really like movies in XD. Better than IMAX imo.

Fav movie theater BUT we take many people who need wheelchairs to get in but then have to creep painfully up the stairs just to get to a decent height level to watch the movie in comfort from a good angle.
Watching movies in a theater on row 1- 4 is pathetic.
How hard would it be to have ramps go up instead of steps???
Be the first Rave, only need it on one side and not that hard 🥰

Let’s start with the good, the theater was clean. I do love the lounge chairs and the sound/screen were prefect for me, but I’m not too picky as long as it’s bigger than my Home TV.
The ticket door greeter was also super sweet by confirming my food delivery, telling me where my theater was and how much he had enjoyed Wicked himself.
Just for some background, I came to this theater by myself. I got to the theater about 30 minutes before the movie start time, 11:25am, because I wanted to walk to my seat with the lights on. I wanted to make sure I was in the correct seat, in the light, because I have sat in the wrong seat before.
I also wanted the food delivered because I always end up eating all my snacks and drink before the movie starts, because I can’t help myself, and I wanted to started eating during the movie this time.
When the movie starts I noticed that the theater is not full by any means, as both seats on either side of me are vacant, and there were a few other empty seats spread out the theater. Many two rows worth of empty seats.
At around 12 I noticed I still had no food. As it was past the delivery time by 15 minutes, I decided to just go to the concession stand to quickly retrieve it, and get back to the movie as I don’t want to miss too much. I grab my purse, but leave my Sherpa jacket so I could make sure I went back to my correct seat.
At the concession stand, two employees are working and I tell them what happened. That I ordered food, didn’t get the food, and that just want to get the food. At first they started to make my order on the fly, until someone on the headset says to stop because they want to see what’s going on. (I am irritated at this point because I am missing my movie, hungry, and want to go back to my seat.)
That’s when a third employee tell me my order was delivered. I said okay, but I did not receive my order and that I would still like to have it. (At this point no on asked me if I am by myself at the movie or with a companion. Honestly this question could have saved some stress and confusion, but let me get there.)
So another employee get involved and says that they had delivered it personally and that he delivered correctly. I said he couldn’t have as I didn’t have my food and I was in fact in the correct seat (see previously above)
Eventually some more back-and-forth led them to accuse me of being in the wrong theater and the wrong seat. I quickly replied that no, they had actually gone to the wrong theater.
Finally the same guy says he’s correct because I have some dude sitting next to me and it was a packed theater. Which, if you saw above, was wrong. I told them no, I was actually at the theater by myself and have no one sitting on either side of me.
This cause the employees to finally give me my food.
And while I went back to my seat, I was also followed to make sure I went to the right theater and seat, and lo and behold, I was still right. No food next to my jacket/chair and not a full theater.
I made sure on the way out to see what the sign said. It did say theater 11 but was changed to a new movie title from Wicked.
I truly understand mistakes and accidents happen. I even admitted I’ve done that before! But that was not the case here and I felt like I was not only accused of being a liar but also a thief!! If they change movies after each cleaning and the food delivery person was accidentally using a different theater map that’s okay, but to immediately deflect and say I was on the wrong theater by default was wrong.
