We debated going back to claire's after we had a negative experience at the Southlake location but so glad we decided to give them a second chance at the Alliance location. We took our 8 year old to get her ear pierced and she was a bit anxious and scared but Kiran was so patient and kind and made the experience so much better. She cleaned and made sure her working area and tools were sterile. Kiran was helpful and answered all of our questions and we really appreciated that. Thank you, Kiran!! We will be back to this location.

I kinda felt this store is racist. Brown and yellow skin can go to Claires at Walmart in beach st. That’s what the worker said to me indirectly. She was piercing ear of some white guys and was told i’ll have to wait like 15 mins. I said that’s fine. She keeps coming to me and ask me to go to Walmart in beach st. coz it’s gonna take time. I already told her i would wait. At last, i left the store laughing in disbelief that this happened.

Kiran was such a sweet and caring individual. She was very genuine when help my younger brother getting his ears pierced. The store is very clean and has a lot of deals! Will definitely be coming back! Thank you again Kiran!! :)

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday today. We went to the Claire’s at Alliance Town Center. Madi and Kiran were very kind and helpful when explaining the process to my daughter. They patiently answered all questions and ensured that my daughter felt comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. They were professional and personable at the same time. I appreciate the time they took to make our experience great! Thank you Madi & Kiran!!

I finally made the decision to pierce my 2 year old daughter’s ears and thought I’d get my second lobe piercing so she wouldn’t be alone. We walked in Black Friday afternoon and waited about 30 mins not too bad! I filled out paper work for my little and I and then got to piercing! Kiren made the process comfortable and quick for us and was very informative about aftercare! We love how it came out. Thank you Kiren!!!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! I went in with my daughter to shop for early birthday gifts. I saw a bunch of people getting their ears pierced, so naturally, I really wanted to get a third piercing. All the girls working there were SUPER helpful and friendly, and I mean genuinely helpful. Kiran was the one who pierced my ears and she did such a great job. I was nervous about the pain, but she was super reassuring and funny and peaceful. It went by fast and it barely hurt at all. I will definitely be going back to this location because how I’m treated as a customer is really important to me..and these ladies were just really great! If you haven’t visited this Claire’s, you definitely should!

Wonderful experience!! Went in to get my 8-year-old niece's ears pierced for the first time and Bree helped us. Bree was fantastic! Great customer service! Bree made the first timers experience very comfortable. Couldn't thank Bree enough!!

Emma pierced my wife’s ears today for her birthday.
I can honestly say it was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had anywhere. That is not an exaggeration. She was so kind, helpful, fun, and skilled!
She made sure my wife liked exactly the placement of the new earrings before proceeding, and she made sure the experience was as easy and as comfortable as possible.
Hopefully Emma will get promoted to be a district manager or something because she’s awesome!!

after dealing with an rude staff at another location (Walmart) they helped they were very nice great customer service they did a wonderful job ‼️‼️ they need to go to the other location &’ train them on good customer service
