Anthony called me directly and extremely quick after my online inquiry. His knowledge and expertise on rentals and evictions was exceptional. I have nothing but praise for Anthony Cole of Cole Group Property Management. Anthony assisted me with two eviction cases involving problematic tenants. Throughout the challenging and stressful eviction process, he and his office were consistently proactive, guiding me through every step. Anthony provided exceptional support, far beyond what was required, offering sound advice and a sympathetic ear when I needed to vent about my situation.
I would rate their eviction service for landlords 10 stars and highly recommend them to other landlords dealing with difficult tenant situations.

Anthony has given our family the best renting experience we have ever had in our 10+ years of rentals. We had relocated from Seattle, WA to Fort Worth, TX and were on a very tight timeline with a new baby right around the corner. (and I mean weeks, not months) Him and his team worked incredibly fast but with excellence to take wonderful care of us!The properties we looked at were ALWAYS within range and scope for what we asked for and what we were looking for as far as layout. They were honest with us at all points of the service. They didn't try to get us into something that wouldn't work financially for us but were doing all they could to find great homes in the market with the specs we had hoped for.We toured several homes and we found one that was perfect for our family.They use great and secure technology for all transactions and signature collecting. (I work in tech and I'm impressed with their tooling) They are always available in a pinch when needed and were willing to answer any and all questions we had in a good timeframe.I just renewed my lease as of a few minutes ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service and care we've received.This is who you want taking care of you. They are our family's heroes!
