I've banked with Colonial since the 80's. Business has always been conducted with knowledgable, professional and friendly service. Not only does the staff at the Oakmont branch take care of all of my banking needs but I actually consider them as family. I love a business that greets me by name when I walk in the door!

I spoke with John on 01/29/2020 at 3 PM. He stated that you would contact me. (Drew) you did not. I have been on hold for most of the week. It's time for Colonial to repair their image as a loan company. I thought at first that I was just speaking with an uneducated person answering a phone in a cubicula. I read your reviews, it's was not a isolated issue. Customer after customer had issues. As you are aware, you purchased my loan. I had nothing say regarding the sale. Concerns: Your switchboard operators do not have assess to email? It's 2020 Your superiors have no authority to make any decision. There no level above the supervisor? When informed, they will call you back, forget it. I have never received a single call back other then John Farrell, who is in loans not service.. It seems that Colonial is not structed nor trained for service. I have 1800 team members and my lowest ranking employee, is far better that the upper management at Colonial. Note: If you going to purchase a home. Have your mortgage company put in writing they will not sale to Colonial. Terry Lacey

They got things done fast. They worked really hard to make sure we had all of our questions awnserwd
