This review is not for this specific branch just comerica bank in general. I have not had a bank that has no way of contacting them after hours or good customer service in general. From being few and far between to reporting a stolen card and not reissuing another, this bank had blown me away as to how incompetent/unreliable it really is. Have been waiting on a new card in the mail for over two weeks now so I call just to be told the three times I have followed up on it just to be told no card was issued. I asked them to expedite it for me since I have been waiting just to be told that it would cost $25 to do so for 3-4 business day expedite. Every bank I have ever used hasn't caused me this much of a headache. If your in the market for a new bank you will be better off using First National Bank in walmart vs these people. Will be closing my account ASAP

One of the bank that I would not go unless that's my last option. I run a small business that's why I have a lot of change.

As information, this branch is loacated across from the Public Library at Taylor & 3rd st. Looks like google has it down wrong
