I had problems with my online account, I got there at almost the time to close, there was only one staff there and she helped me to resolved my problem. She was very nice even it took like 20 or 25 minutes and was time to close. I give her 5 stars

I have business account they were very helpful and informative. The account is free with some limitations on cash deposits. The merchant services are more expensive compared to free version of square and other options the card reader's are also much more expensive compared to the free reader's from square and the tap/chip readers from square. I haven't tried to get a loan but from my discussions with them you need to have excelent personal credit. I would give 5⭐️ if the few negative points are improved.

I opened a new checking account and the staff was extremely helpful. Took their time and explained everything I would need to know in order to do business with them now and into the future. Not a lot of fluff information, just very informative and helpful. Good customer service is a pet peeve of mine so this resonates deeply with me!!

One star to the manager and assistant manager. I have deposit the same checks since the account has been open. Made a disposit and it was a seven day hold the reason none. Is always better to take your time and see the history of the account and deposits and ask around if customer is know or unknown. The tellers are always so friendly and professional they deserve 5 stars..

This branch of Comerica is fantastic. Friendly faces and the tellers make it a point to get to know you! Being on Camp Bowie makes it really convenient to do my errands around town. The only thing lacking from Comerica is mobile deposits. Great bank with personal service.

As part of a merge, I did not elect to bank with Comerica. I put over $300,000 a month in a business account and the bank manager wants to small fee me to death! Charge me to cash a $500 check, even though I'm an account holder. Charge me for quarter rolls. Totally dissatisfied with this bank and will be closing all my accounts.
