Very poor customer service! I have a secure credit card that I need to cancel. I called the credit card and they told me that I have to go to the bank where I opened the CC account. I went to the bank and talked with Jordan. She told me that she can’t cancel because I have $35 and I need to call the CC. I called again and they told the same thing that I need to go to the bank and, yes even with the open balance the bank can cancel. I went back to the bank and told her again. She, this time called the CC herself and she could cancel this time. But guess what? The $35 membership is now $68 because late fee and interest on the membership!! And they not sure if they can cancel they will let me know in 30 days.This is secured CC I dont think they want to give me my money back. That’s why they doing this. Both Jordan and the manager Gerry has zero customer service skills.

Carlos was extremely helpful and assisted me with opening my new account. He called to follow up with me and to make sure I was set up with online banking the following week. I am looking forward to future financial services offered by Comerica. I would recommend this bank.

One of the worst banking experiences in my 20 years of business banking .On a Friday evening at 5pm , get a call from magnolia location , to come in an hour or we will close your account.I asked why? , no reason and explanation given.On top she said she is doing a favor by calling me or she will have to mail a check for final amount .Mr Eshan, one who opened my account, officer on my account, couldn’t be reached.I have been getting calls from them in past to bring my merchant services to them , which I refused as I have been with first data for the previous 17 yrs.I have been asked to bring my home loan to them , take covid loan from them , I told , I m ok and will call once I need.Is this a retaliation, for not giving them any more business??Is this lack of accountability with there own people.Is this a discrimination with color of skin, me being a minority.?I will challenge this with every platform available.

Not only do they keep changing hours, but the location is now temp. Closed. Update the website. Update something. Not really an exaggeration.. This location is either oddly closed or that the atm is out of order (or out of cash) I actually dread coming here, because I know I’ll be disappointed with whatever the reason is. Clerks and everyone inside are polite. Never have issues on the camp Bowie location.

The worst bank ever 5 o'clock on Friday they close at 6 and denied me to open a new bank account I went to chase and it took them 15 minutes great service and quality bank too not to mention that after I left the s***** let someone in behind me what a races northamerican just because am Spanish lol
