Attendant was really rude, on the ticket it said her name was Leslie she must be new because I always go here and this was my first time seeing her there, I came in with my clothes and I was waiting for her to finish eating before she came to me, she rang everything separate which other attendants haven’t done before and when I told her I wanted to pay that day she told me “you just gonna have to pay tomorrow because I already rang everything up and im gonna have to do it again” which I never had a problem with before with other attendants.

My boyfriend had been using them for years so I used them. I went there 15 minutes before closing but they had already closed. Two young people were working, a guy and a girl, and the guy just smirked at me. I picked up the next day and was disapointed at the job they did on a brand new white cardigan. It had blotches of light yellow all over. I will not go back. My boyfriend believes that it was sold recently so new owners. I will try the cleaners two doors down and maybe they can fix my $49 cardigan.

Horrible place to take your cloths they always leave my jeans wet of starch you ask for heavy starch and it’s like light starch won’t be taking my cloths there ever again!!!

Took a my jeans to get a button placed on them and when I went to pick them up they couldn't find them. Almost a week later I had to call them to see if they were located. They were found but no refund and no phone call to inform me. Not good service on a first time trip. DON'T THINK I WILL BE BACK. I SEE WHY THEY HAVE LOW RATINGS.

My parents have used Comet Cleaners for years now, and are absolutely in love with their location in Corinth, TX. I'm talking stellar service. They bring dog treats to the car in the drive thru, always remember their names, the whole nine yards. Skip forward to today, I need to use a cleaners close to our house in Everman. I made the assumption that since my parents use Comet Cleaners, and love them, that this location would be the same. That was not the case. I dropped 5 shirts and 1 pair of pants off on Friday to be laundered. The gentleman at the counter advised me that the cost was $20, and they would be ready Monday after 5. $20 is pretty steep in my opinion for that amount of clothes, for laundry service. I figured I would be ok paying a little extra for "close to home" convenience. When I got there on Monday to pick the clothes up, I noticed a brand new stain on my originally stain free white shirt. I took the shirt back in immediately upon noticing the stain and the person at the counter advised they would send the shirt out for a "redo" be ready tomorrow after 5. Stopped on Tuesday on my way home and they were unable to get the stain out. I tried to explain to the man behind the counter that the stain was not on there when I dropped the shirt off, and I'm not sure that he understood what I was saying. He offered another "redo" and advised that "some stains do not come out" by this point in time, another customer arrived and I didn't want to hold them up. I asked how to reach the manager and the man advised he would be in at 9am. I still have not received a proper resolution of my concern here. Not a really good first time experience. I would recommend taking your clothes elsewhere in the hopes that they do not get ruined.

Terrible service. Burn both of my suits. Terrible place. Won't even replace them and they blamed those burn marks on me. TERRIBLE!!!!!
