Arianna was great. This is not our first time renting our a truck from this location. She is professional and informative. I definitely recommend renting from this location!!!

When we first arrived, we quickly realized that the space between the front gate and the left-side isle was smaller than I remembered. While we were assessing the situation to see if we could even do it, the girl came out saying you need to move your boat from between the fence. I explained to her what we were trying to do but she kept insisting. Then we finally got the boat positioned to make the tight turns and she kept saying you need to move the boat over. Then she was trying to direct us around the bollards…but of course had NO EXPERIENCE in trailer pulling. I finally got a little snippy and said…WHAT DO YOU THINK WE ARE TRYING TO DO!! Then she went back inside the office. After about 30 minutes we were able to inch the whole rig around the first corner only to have to repeat the process on the next one. FINALLY, we made it…only to find a camper in our C15 spot. Now, we could have just dropped our boat in any open space and called it day, but I went up to the office to inform her. She said she would have to come and see if there was someone in C15…I was like…really…it was clearly marked on the ground BETWEEN C14 & C16, I’m pretty sure that was it. Then she got snippy and said, “ We just need to get along here!” I said, “No we don’t , I pay you money to rent your space, you make sure no one is in MY SPACE.” Then we walked out to the boat. We made several suggestions. My husband asked why we don’t just drop it in C9, since it’s Thanksgiving Weekend, and you find out who is in our space and then we’ll come back, today, tomorrow, whenever and move it. She was not having any of that…she kept saying why are we going to drag C9 into this…they didn’t ask for that. My husband said…and we did!! I asked, don’t you have all the vehicles listed in your system by tag number?” She couldn’t answer that. She said just said drop the boat here…IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ISLE…drive up to the office and let’s see if we can figure this out. My husband said…drop the boat…no way am I dropping the boat here…that doesn’t make any sense. So finally we walk up there, and she said she had to look at the camera footage to see who it was…how would that show you who it was…maybe you could see the time stamp and look at the code log…who knows. She was very frustrated and kept saying that it was going to take time. We said we’ll wait, then she said, it will take too long, you’ll need to come back. I said if I leave…I’m not coming back. Then I said, can you at least pull up C16 and see if that is his trailer? If so, we’ll move the tires that were in C16 and drop the boat there until he can come and move his trailer out of our space. NOTHING…CRICKETS...she just kept saying all of that will take time. Then my husband said, OK call your boss and see if we can drop it in C9. She said I WILL NOT call my boss; he is at a Life Event. Which we were headed to a Life Event ourselves, and we were very late for ours because it took so long there. She was not properly trained on how to problem-solve even when the solutions were given to her, she couldn’t make the decision to MAKE A DECISION. Then I called Luke and she kept saying, “You can’t call him, I said, I can call who I want on MY PHONE.” Of course, he never responded to text or email. Then he didn’t even call the next day to try and make it right. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE. It didn’t have to be this way.

Unreasonable rent increases after the initial promotional period, almost doubling the originally advertised.
Got space in April and like clock work , every three months a $25 monthly increase in 9 short months. Scam to get you moved in.

Dropped and picked up a few Penske trucks from here. Staff is very friendly, and very efficient with their work. Never had any issues with the trucks
