Over 3 hours for a simple physical. And that’s being there as soon as the door opens. Either the workers are clueless or the place is setting them up for failure one of the two.

Terrible were should we start, first takes 2 to 3 hours for a simple dot physical an the attitude of the staff is mind-blowing. If my company didn't make me go to the location I would not have gone. They take advantage of the fact that most truckers are laid back an respectful. While talking to you like you a stain in there shorts how dare you ask them questions or expect them to be quick an efficient. AVIOD AT ALL COST!!!

Getting pee with someone watching you was a very bad experience for me because, my body was frustrated and resisted to pee for 2 times

Concentra does a good job. There was a steady flow of people coming through, the process was efficient, the therapy was good. Dr was friendly. Overall good experience.

New staff then from when I went in previously a year before. I feel the nurse was doing all she could to deny me a med card and only gave me a year when my numbers were higher the year before and I was approved for 2 years. Tired of being forced to be examined by power tripping nurses that get a joy out of making life difficult for people that just want to work and provide for themselves.

This was a more serious mini physical than I've had before at other facilities. I actually left with some valuable info that I needed, not just a drug screen that I didn't need.

Got great service here. Had a head laceration and had to get staples. Nurse and doctors very professional. Only thing is I had a long wait time to get my paperwork after the procedure
