I was given medicine that sent me to the ER, and sent back to work with no restrictions that made my condition worse. On my 3rd visit I was left in a room for 2 hours. I had been forgotten said the Dr. I was then put on PT and another medicine and told that due to the first 2 Dr's errors it would be 4 more weeks before I would be better.

I wish the city of fort worth would get rid of concentra urgent care. The doctors dont have a heart when it comes to care for employees. Every time employees see that place its call the hallway to hell. You get violated when you go there. Thats the one time of year employees hate.

It took a while for me to be seen since it was pretty busy when I got there, but once they started everything it went really smoothly and they took care of my issue right away. The nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and professional which I really appreciate because I get super anxious during doctor appointments due to several negative past experiences. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the lady with the glasses who was working the front desk was short with me and a little bit rude when I had asked about the wait time, but like I said it had been busy so she was helping multiple people at the time and looked like she had a lot going on. I ended up getting pretty emotional after that, but the nurse who did my vitals was super sweet and made me feel so much better and stayed with me throughout the visit. The doctor who took care of my issue was also super nice, he was very efficient and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the little procedure and provided helpful information about the issue I was experiencing. Will definitely be back here for any other urgent care needs in the future.

The restroom toilet was filthy and the entire restroom smelled like urine, very disgusting.
