I just had a 5 panel drug test and I asked how long 30-40 minute wait, got in and out in the same moment. The front lady was nice and the lady who took my test was sweet!

It's a major inconvenience to call ahead and only hear an answering system tell you "walk ins are acceptable" then drive 30 minutes to a clinic just to be turned away at the door. If you have blood work, better come before 2:30! Thanks. Now I know.

Totally satisfied. The staff has proven time and time again to be competent. So professional . Definitely care about the quality of their service and my COMFORT level... Me personally have Always gotten in and out in about an hour or less. Thanks for all you guys do!!!!

Got hurt at work. Diagnosed my shoulder with sprain/strain diagnosis. Did one round of PT. I finally get an MRI that shows 3 small tears in the rotator cuff and possible frozen shoulder. Considering I lost almost all mobility of my shoulder, I'm assuming due to the frozen shoulder. I couldn't lift my arm past shoulder height. I have been working on it myself. Paying for massages where it sounds crunchy as they try to work around my shoulder area to get it moving. The director there, Dr. Joe, says that the MRI only shows degenerative changes due to wear and tear . Funny, my shoulder was fine before my injury. Sedgwick, the workers comp insurance will not approve more PT because my diagnoses was never changed from sprain/strain. Do yourself a favor. Find a different doctor to go to. You only have to see the company doctor the first time and then you can go elsewhere. Anyone that accept your work comp will be better than this.

The front desk was very efficient and got me through registration quickly. My appointment started on time. The staff got me through my procedure efficiently as well. The doctor and nurse took the time to explain everything as we went. Great service all around.

Staff was great and explained the expected wait times and procedures. She explained how long I would be there from start to finish. I went in for a drug screen and physical for work. Not sure about injury or sickness wait times.

Emily was amazing. She went the extra mile to get me through my entire physical and drug screening. She was very professional and gave excellent patient care and customer service. It’s not usual to come across people like her so it was greatly appreciated.

The reception was super nice and you can tell he loves his job. He has good customer service but the lady who was doing my drug test was eh. Kind of rude and short.

Everyone was so nice and did not mind helping you. The doctors was so nice. The nurses was nice to both clinics Fort Worth and Arlington. Thank you so much for a job well done

Check in staff was very professional. Staff checking insurance was rude and unprofessional. Tried to tell me I owed $x on co-pay. I let them know I don’t have a co-pay for urgent care. They called and didn’t clarify the visit type and then told me it was even more. I have a zero copay for drs, urgent and ER visits. They were very rude and didn’t want to call back and even though they had already taken a sample and knew I was sick w an infection they then wouldn’t see me. Absolutely would not go back there.

everyone on the front counter in informative and helpful. wait times in the lobby for the 3 appointments i had were all very quick. the doctors and the entire physical therapy staff were very polite, and knowledgeable about all the questions i had.

The front desk, therapy, PA... Everyone is nice, attentive and cordial. Who made my visit sour was Abraham Torres. He's some kind of \\\"office manager\\\" that has no manners. Arrogant and belittling.

I experienced great service from the concentra urgent care. My visit was work related and although the clinic was full, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great job!!

I am reviewing Concentra DVMs only. I would rather die than go back to these people. They see you burning and add gasoline. I will see their Physical Therapy department is excellent! Thank you guys for actually caring and treating me like a human and not a bug to be silenced.
