RaceTrac

RaceTrac, Gas Stations
Hours: RaceTrac is a well-known convenience store chain serving the Southeast since 1934. It offers a one-stop shop experience with competitively priced fuel, freshly brewed coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and made-in-house pizzas. Customers can enjoy quick service at the roller grill and hot food options, along with refreshing fountain drinks and grab-and-go snacks. The stores provide essential road trip supplies, clean restrooms, and contactless payment options for convenience. Customer experiences at RaceTrac vary. Many appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, with some employees consistently greeting customers with a smile and making their visits pleasant. One store manager is praised for excellent customer service, promptly resolving issues and maintaining high standards. However, not all encounters are positive; some customers have faced rude employees, which affects their overall impression. There are mentions of specific staff members who are helpful and friendly, while others have had repeated negative interactions. Pricing for gasoline has become less competitive recently, with some customers noting that other stores like 7-Eleven now sell fuel cheaper than RaceTrac. Despite this, the store’s cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and community interactions remain appreciated. Customers also value the respectful attitude of certain young individuals at the store, who bring positive energy and make visits enjoyable. Overall, RaceTrac continues to be a trusted convenience destination with a focus on customer service, cleanliness, and convenience.
