Decent gas station I say better than most of the stores around here not too many homeless around at all, homeless are everywhere in Dfw if anything nothing new. Really good hot food to go 8/10 I recommend pumps work fine store is clean very nice owners (family owned)

Texas law and the Americans with disabilities act of 1990 require public places to provide rest room facilities for people who identify as having a medical need even if they don't provide them in general. On March 11th 2024 I went to this gas station in desperate need. I told the clerk I have a medical condition requiring me to use the restroom he refused to allow me to use the restroom. This is a violation of state and federal law. You ought to be well advised to just allow people who claim to have a medical need to use your restroom.
