Been with them since 2011. Has been a great experience. Cost of thw units reasonable and the customer service had been AWSOME! I'm moving out, but if I need storage again in the future I will be returning to this location.

My family and I moved to Texas from California. We moved into a storage unit in Forest Hills, Texas. Later… due to poor ownership, we moved our items to Convenient Self Storage . I have been with this storage for about (3) years. In fact, my daughter and husband are now renting a unit. Yes, I give this location a ( 5) star(s) due to the fact, of cleanliness , (24) operations, reminder of late notice, and easy access to the property.

Sylvia is very professional in her job.
Polite and friendly. Convenient Storage, prides itself in keeping their property clean. They offer units to accommodate your storage needs and also rent U-Haul trucks.
I highly recommend Convenient Storage.

The lady was super accommodating, i thought the 10’ uhaul was big enough & seen it was not going to be so I was able to get a 15’ which worked out perfectly. So thankful for this place to be able to help with my move.
