This gas station has was really gone downhill in the last year. It never has gas which seems like a bare minimum requirement for a “gas” station. They used to have baked goods and many options for coffees which are now gone. It is not a Circle K anymore and I’m not sure you can really justify it being a gas station. We used to go for the convenience and will now go out of our way to avoid it.

Just visited this location to buy 2 Megamillion and 1 Texas Power Ball quick picks. I ask the man behind the counter for them. As I am continuing to finish my sentence, he walks away without listening to the end of my sentence, which was I would like the 30 annual payments on all 3. He says, what? I said, I do not want the cash option. He asks for which ones? I tell him all of them. He then responds, I already printed them, too late. I told him that's not my problem. He should have let me finish before going to the machine and printing the tickets. He then says, he does not know how to do that on the computer and then tells me I have to go fill out the actual forms for that option. In the mean time, he is talking about me to the female employee that was mopping. In the long run, she was the one that ended up helping me, but she had a nasty attitude as well. The man behind the counter has real fresh mouth. It seems per other reviews, it is the same guy that smarts off to other customers. Either he is the new owner, and is ok with treating customers like this; or the new owner has okayed the staff treating customers like this. Either way, this should be addressed; and maybe train the guy how to use the lottery machine. The guy that was in line in front of me had witnessed this. When he turned around to leave, he smiles and says, good luck. Guess I'm not the only one that noticed how nasty the staff's attitude is!

The taco restaurant inside is the real draw for me. Stop in for lunch or dinner. These as the best Street Tacos. Not over seasoned, tender meats, and always made fresh to order.

It's not Valero anymore. A big sign on the door says "Do not enter if wearing a hoody or a mask." They now have a food truck on the property.

Went to this store a couple of days ago and I ask for a tobacco product and the young lady didn't see the product and this rude guy behind the counter helped but proceeded to tell me the color of the package was pink not initially what I said and I told him I know my colors but thanks for being rude and nasty.Never again will I spend one penny at this store.

New ownership is horrible!!! What a disgrace! This used to be a go to for me and many others in the neighborhood by the schools. Had a crew that would keep it open 24/7 in place and for whatever reason got rid of them; or probably didn’t offer to pay them enough to stay on or switch. I’ve given them chance after chance since new ownership (around 10/2021 from my estimate) & this place is horrible since. I’m done going here, I hope to see it closed soon and new ownership take over. Pull up at 11pm and it’s closed most nights even when there is a car in the parking lot as if there is an employee there’s a sign on the door saying “store closed sorry for the inconvenience.” I know I’m not the only one, a lot of people I’ve talked to in the area have given up on this location.

Everytime I visit this place there is some issue. First it was no credit card transactions. Then they dont have what I was looking for. Now I am here to get something and the doors are locked at 830 pm with a sign that says back in 10 minutes. This store needs to get or together!

The employee behind the counter was very unhelpful and the lack of customer service skills is appalling. When I inquired about the air machine not working the response was "I'm not in charge of that." When I left I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager. The "gentlemen" said he wouldn't give her name out over the phone when I ask for his name he said the same thing. I forgot to mention, when I was there I asked for his name he didn't have a name tag on and I can only wonder if he gave me a fake name. This place needs to clean up their act what kind of kangaroo court are they running here?

They have signs offering services of card reloads all over the store, but when you ask to do it... They say they don't. There is no reason to advertise services you do not provide.

Even though this store is most convenient for me I will not be returning. About 4 out of 6 times the receipts wouldn't print at the gas pump. Since I use the car wash here I need that receipt. Having to walk into the store nullifies even having pay at the pump. You've lost a customer over this.

Never again will I stop here horrible customer service. Who ever the person working was on 6/25/2020 at 350 pm should find a different job.

I haven't had a bad experience here and I'm surprised by the two stars. The corner store has changed names over the years. I used to come here for their candy corn, their slurpees and hot dogs. Their hot dogs are decent and flavorful, the slurpees are sugary goodness. The gas prices are pretty cheap compared to other gas stations. I haven't had an issue with waiting in lines regarding the gas pump. They have a shield during the COVID-19 pandemic when you enter the store to pay for the bump.

This store is around the corner from my house and it is convenient for me to stop in there and buy cigarettes, except for the fact they never cost what they are advertised. The street sign says a price when you buy 2 packs but at the register they dont charge you what they are advertising. The clerks usually have an excuse as to why they can't honor their pricing and they always charge 1.00 more than the advertised price. I'm not sure if the clerks are pocketing the extra money or what. I will be seeking another convenience store for my tobacco purchases. Circle K rips people off!.....
