Love it i just wish that membership wouldn't be so much, when you are a senior on ss it's hard to shop senior should pay only $5 or 10 or nothing, since we worked all our lives. 😅🙏🏻

Closed early on the weekends. Which didn’t make sense. But it’s a great place to shop

It's just another Costco. It seemed like a lot of people in the store but lines weren't bad at all. They must be doing something right.

Hello to whoever reads this, I was in Costco yesterday around 7:30PM to 7:40PM so the night shift time. I was in the store at Customer Service with my sister who was having issue with her member account. I was also interested in membership information as I was thinking of becoming a member. We get to the desk and we get call up by a lady who wore black frame glass, white shirt with string, 2 gold looking nice, she has red hair, and she looked to be late 30s to mid 40s. She asked what we need and my sister said she was trouble converting her points for gas. Well the lady asked in a bit if shared it and my sister was looking on her phone as she said I don't think so. Lady replied with a tone that she shouldn't be sharing her account. By that time My sister was trying to logout and get back into the account so she was quiet. I saw card pricing so I asked about the different and she round her eyes as she explain the money side nothing much about the difference of the cards. Also when I went to say something to myself. She looked over asking with the same tone are talking to me. I tried to stutter out a no, but she said that she wasn't even pay attention. I was uncomfortable and getting upset cause in between this she would give attitude to your member. She would every now and then roll her eyes. Towards the even she got in an even worst attitude state that her question was a yes or no. What sucks is that I was out of my own retail shift so I understand having a bad day, but that does not give her the right to be rude and disrespectful. I will unfortunately not become a member due to the experience and if the employee can treat members like this then it just not for me. In addition the attitude did happen a bit in front of a high up so yeah.

The customer service lady was super rude, she had red hair and in her 40s roughly. Any question I asked came with an eye roll. When she asked me a question and I wasn’t sure right away, she said it’s a yes or no question. Acted like she was better than everyone when she’s an idiot. Hopefully she’s not there much longer.

Always well stocked. Hard to park and road work makes it more challenging.

I own my Costco membership, wife and daughter do most of the shopping, they would not allow me into the warehouse while waiting for a Tire change. I will be cancelling my membership, they ought to think about the effect of their policies. The tire personnel were awesome though, my issue is with the corporate policies, not the employees who were kind and understanding.

Very helpful Customer Service reps. Good variety of products. However, it's inconvenient that they don't accept a variety of credit cards like other super stores.
