Costco Tire fixed a flat for me at 7pm in about 45 minutes. I called ahead and they said they could take me that night. They were friendly and efficient. Really appreciate them!

Please tell the guys working at the tire service center to stop parking the cars at the air pumps when they’re done working on them. There are several parking spots marked specifically for the tire center that are usually empty! Use your brains and stop being lazy!

The tire center is an absolute sorry excuse for an auto service center. Not only do they not test batteries but you have to install them yourself. The employees are incredibly rude and lazy as well. I love the Costco warehouse, but I can’t say the same thing about the abomination that is known as their Tire and Service center.

I like Costco, I’ve been getting tires from them for a long time, and I’ve always been pleased. That being said, their communication is not the best.
They had to order tires for me, they said it would be in the next day and they would call me when they came in. The next day I never received a call from them, so I finally went into the store in the afternoon and the lady said “oh yeah, they came in this morning”. She takes my car back and said it’ll take an hour to an hour and a half. 3 hours later and still nothing. So I call them, and the man on the phone said “oh yes, it’s been done”. When I mentioned that I never received a call, he just brushed it off as “one of those things that happens.” But based on other reviews, it happens quite a lot.

Their service is OK but they have really poor communication. I definitely need to work on communication skills as well as answering the phone, emails and returning calls.

The folks who are charged with telling you your camber, caster, toe, shocks or other suspension components are the problem to avoid having to back a warranty claim were likely dealing churros and pizza last week at the snack bar. Discount Tire will get my business from now on.

It always takes an hour to have your tires installed, rotated and/or balanced but the prices are great, the tire quality is good and they rotate/balance tires for free when you buy your tires there.
