Terrible service, I went to pay for my monthly plan and they asked me for my ID and just because the plan was not in my name they did not want to accept my payment even though I had my code, and the man who helped me was rude and bloodied, when in other places he did I have paid that way yes. No problem, they need to improve the service because it is terrible

Very bad service, they did not want to make a query for me because I did not bring my ID.
When in other crickets they do it kindly
The person who helped me is despotic and charges commission for paying in the store
I've never done that in other stores.

Their tablet for leasing never works it's always packed the girl will take forever flirting with the guys and expect you to just wait they tell you the phones are new when they're actually refurbished. I get it it's a cheap company but let people know the phone is refurbished especially when we're paying full price !!!

I give this a ZERO ? every time i go to this place nobody knows anything about phone's smh ??? only good employee is this Hispanic young dude that speaks English & Spanish ? he is respectful and very professional...

This was by far the best Cricket Store in my area. Other stores in my area have added things to my account without my approval and not handled any problems for me. Only caused more trouble. This location was fast friendly and treated me with respect. If you need to visit a store, this is the one to go to. I dealt with the manager of the store and was pleased. If I have problems in the future, I will go here.
