AMAZING customer service!!!! Andrea was the best, she took the time to work with us and was very knowledgeable about products and services. We never felt rushed and she was able to multi task and care for other customers as well. I highly recommend asking for Andrea or taking the time to run to this location for good customer service treatment.

?I DO PRAY FOR THE SAFETY IN THAT AREA BUT IM GLAD THOSE LADIES ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO RUN A STORE TO WERE THAT THE PHOES HAS TO BE LOCKED DOWN...and you can't really look at what you like about the phone of your choice ?...but they HAD alot of team effort in them because the had to share computer lol...it was funny but sad in some cases...so I DO HOPE IT GETS BETTER FOR THEM AND WE DROVE FAR OUT TO GET FAMILY PHONES AND PLANS...so I CAN SAY THAT DAY THOSE WOMEN WAS TAKING CARE OF CRICKET WIRELESS BUSINESS WITH A SMILE...AND MADE OUR FAMILY HAPPY...ANd" PS...one other thing I thought i can share about cricket way before this...BUT"CRICKET NEED/could CHANGE THERE disconnection POLICY'S

I was switching from Metro to Cricket. I scanned my card for 95.00. The manager said this process went into system failure. He processed a second time..again system failure. My 95.00 paid Cricket wireless but didn't go through on their end. No service or phone. He said the payment was voided and my 95.00 would go back into my acct in 1 or 2 days. 6 days later I have not received the money. My service at Metro was disconnected. I was told they would expedite the process on then 30th. I told them that was unacceptable. I told them I would file charges for theft/abuse of an elderly finance. They called dispatch..the Ft Worth police department. I still am without the service and money...Now the owner has said I should contact customer support?? I have three times. November 17th through now mo results, straight up fraud and theft. Wow almost 30 days? Contact me with replacing my 95.00.

Upsetting to have something promised and they don't deliver. This was my favorite store to go to for everything. :(
