The worst service‼️❌
I bought a cell phone and they lied to me about the price, they included a case that I did not ask for and they included an insurance that I DIDN'T ASK FOR either and they cut off my service and I had to pay a penalty!! They charged me for this insurance for several months and when I went they said that there was no insurance until I spoke directly to criket and YES THEY HAD ACTIVATED IT AGAINST MY WILL! Don't buy here, plus the manager is very rude!

Angora was absolutely disrespectful discriminative and unprofessional I asked to speak with her manager because my issue was clearly beyond her comprehension ,she got defensive and disrespectful towards me in front of another customer this girl called the police saying she was scared for her safety. I’ve tried to reach out to the manager no response. Wont be returning to this store im taking this to corporate .
