I recently purchased a new phone and was never offered any type of insurance and the phone die on me! I went to ask if I had insurance and the manager said know. Before I gave my information she said it’s just about sales! She said every phone leaves here with insurance because we tell our customers that! After giving her my information my account popped up no insurance information for me! She couldn’t explain what happened! Just terrible customer service and yes the staff are polite but it’s just as important to slow down and explain everything to the customers and not be in a hurry for a sale ! She said I must of canceled it. I’m out of close to four hundred plus and no phone! Calling customers service for cricket is just a bad experience! Overall I’m canceling my account after being years as a customer! I didn’t feel like a valid or a important customer. This sucks

Extremely long wait time. Their internet is incredibly slow so it takes at least an hour for transactions to happen. I tried calling and the phone number in Google is disconnected.

This rep was great no customer service at Sycamore School Rd location. Won't waste time there again. McCart location is knowledgeable pleasant bilingual and speedy service.

Lol!! I went to see if they could order me a phone. Promptly got told no. Asked if they knew how to buy the phone online with progressive leasing got told that it was for in store only. Went to mineral wells and thy assisted me with purchasing the phone online ands I will definitely go to them to buy all their accessories.
