My husband and I bought the new android razor there yesterday. This morning he woke up to a white line on his screen. He took the phone back with receipt since supposedly you have 7 days to return it. They denied it and said no because it would come out of there pockets. Then the store manager said nope they didn't care it was useless to try. I'm so sick of people taking advantage of others and getting away with it. Do not go to this location.

Do not use this location. The manager is shady. I would not recommend anyone to use this location. Specially the elderly. They took advantage and scammed my grandfather. Yes it was the manager who did it. Tried to file a complaint with cricket and they just tell me to file a complaint with the store manager. Can't really hold managers accountable if you can't report them?? Hopefully the store owner does something but at this point I give up. I might report this location to the DADS the department of aging and disability services cause taking advantage of the elderly is a crime. She should be held accountable!

I am very satisfied on with the service I received. Maggie was so super helpful and very nice. Thank you. I will go to this particular store for all my phone needs even tho I love an hour away. Great customer service

Very old lady . Didn’t get her name but she didn’t want to help me . She was so rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was a new phone .

Came in with a phone issue trying to set up a new phone that we brought the line over for. Christine was fabulous!!! She had to get online cause our account had been frozen for some reason...she was able to work through it all. Our SIM card hadn't been registered before Cricket mailed us the phone...so fixed it & our account!!! Now my Grandmother has a new phone that actually works.

I visited this location to enhance my service plan, and unfortunately, I found Mary to be one of the most challenging managers to work with. Having been with Cricket Wireless for eight years, I am now considering exploring opportunities with other companies. I would advise others to either visit a different cricket location or consider leaving cricket altogether for better service experiences.
