Went in due to having issues with my new iphone and the Esim. Both reps provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to get my phone working again. They explained every step and answered all questions I had. Was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you guys!

Jay was so patient and helpful to me today. Was in twice due to a problem with a new iPhone. I can’t express how he made my day. And then Dylan was in the store and also was able to help me. Thank you both for your excellent customer support.

Bad customer service 2 lady’s that are working here don’t know what they doing and with bad attitude I come here on 03/13/2023 ones I saw all that bad attitude and customer service I had to leave and go somewhere else

I enjoyed every minute cinthia. She was very helpful. She set my entire phone up for . Even chit chatted for a bit. the other employee is very sweet as well . If you are looking for service definitely go on into cricket on legacy. They won’t disappoint you .! We have a really good experience. It’s hard to find good down the earth customer service these days and these wonderful ladies really went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with a smile on my face . thank you ?

Sierra was super knowledgeable and patient with helping us decide on a new plan when we came in. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all without getting frustrated and remained friendly throughout our whole visit. We didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable like sales people in the past have made us feel. She’s literally the real MVP?

I hate how they ALWAYS shut down early. Today for example: sign on the door says they close at 7, I show up 6:05 and they’re already closed. They either need to update times on the door, or quit being lazy. Shutting down an hour early is not acceptable.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! The two girls working 12/14/2021 in the evening are incompetent and shouldn’t be in customer service. Went to activate my sons phone and was told it was compatible. They waited for us to pay and charge us $100 only to come back saying idk what happend but your phone is not reading the SIM card ( the same one a few minutes ago we were told was working fine ) and because it’s a new activation and it’s technically the first month we don’t do reimbursement. So we had to pay $100 for them to tell me my perfectly working phone is not working all of the sudden . The Mexican one refuse to call customer service. Saying how it’s policy and they are gonna tell me the same thing . Didn’t even try to help at all . How are we gonna pay for a service we didn’t receive ? ???? It wasn’t our fault . But those two didn’t seem to care at all .Ended up calling customer service myself after we left the store and was told it was the SIM card that wasn’t working not my phone like those two poorly trained women stated. Got a new sim a card and the phone is working like it should’ve from the beginning . Won’t ever do business at this location or this company again after our month is up .
