Bought a cell phone online for a deal of $60. When I get the phone, the printed page with all of my information on it, like my new phone number, wasn't readable. The ink hadn't been replaced in the printer obviously. So, now I have this stupid phone that I paid $60 for and didn't ever get it turned on because this place sucks so bad, they told me they had no way to prove I bought it from them. I have a bank statement that proves when and what I paid for it. I will never recommend or use this crappy service ever. It's been the worst rip off I have been dealt last year.

Two days in a row, I went to my local Cricket to purchase a phone and a service plan. On the first day, although the signage said the store was open at 3p, the door was locked. The next day, I went there for a 2nd time and the employees came out of the office high as a kite. The whole place reeked of hydroponic marijuana (skunk). They couldn't answer any of my questions! One of the employees, who claimed she was the store manager, was on the phone and using every curse word in the book! I grabbed my kid and went to Metro, where I purchased four new phones, a family plan, and home internet!

I lock myself out of my sim card so I went in here so they can help me out. The guy did NOT know how to replace my sim like I asked him to. Then ask me if I wanted a customer support number. LIKE how am I supposed to call them if I lock myself out of my sim card.

I have to say I am extremely surprised and appreciative to the kind of service I had received at the Cricket store on 3515 Sycamore School Rd Ste 145, Fort Worth, TX 76133.I am disabled and in wheelchair and I have a hard time getting around and sometimes understanding all the ins and outs of getting the right kind of phone. I tell you Stevie Megan were two the best people I have met yet that as ever worked at a cell phone store. They both were patient, polite, helped me understand everything about each phone I was inquiring about. Especially since I am almost deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other ear. I have a hard time hearing and understanding what people say to me . Megan and Stevie also helped explain to me everything I needed to do to switch my cell phone service from my old cell phone to my new cell phone. It is because of Megan and Stevie that I will stay with Cricket Wireless forever.You are truly a good peopleThak You so much Megan and Stevie for everything !!!!! Yall are amazing people !!!!!!
