The service is very bad, I took the phone to see why there was no signal, he advised me to try a new card, why? When I put the card in another machine and there was a signal, why is there no signal in this machine? He told me to change the name I got a new card, but it still doesn't work. Why didn't you tell me that your phone is broken? The seller seems to have no knowledge. The store should train this employee as well. I have 5 phones. I think if service like this tomorrow I will cancel

On Friday I went to have the automatic payment activated again. So the Girl, I don't know what he did. Because she didn't help me at all. Today the payment had to be processed and it couldn't! I was just wasting my time. I'm disappointed in you! ?

Yall are very stupid, one person, Noone else working, talking all day to one customer. LONg line of ppl in store. I mean really? Who hires the people? Make me wanna change carriers. This location is the most helpful location I have yet to visit in DFW!! They are innovative, solution driven, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you or your inquiry. Always pleasant and willing to listen to any question or concern. Peggy, Melanie, and angel were very professional and respond very expediently to each customers needs as they arrive.

yesterday 6/2/23 I went to switch to cricket and bought an iPhone 11 and it never worked, 2 hours in this place and it didn't work, I told him to return my money and he couldn't, he could only return the money for the iphone and I said but if you don't give me service and I haven't had service, that's theft because not even a day had passed, it's frustrating, ok I said well, put the sim in my unlocked cell phone and he couldn't make it have service either and so I left the store No cell phone or cell service and I had to talk to customer service and in less than 5 minutes they activated it for me today 7/2/2023 and also a client next to me bought a sim for his cell phone and he couldn't connect the service either and left too no service, very bad experience I would give it 0 star but it can't be done, or they could do something to make me satisfied...eso es todo lo que pueden comentar se ve que les gusta perder clientes jamás volveré y además no los recomendaré nunca ...pésimo que lastima ..

We needed to switch service and saved $80 on our bill. Freddy had great customer service and took care of us like family. Thank you for making it so easy for us to switch less than 15 minutes. Efficient way of switching too. We tried two other stores but no interest in helping. Definitely recommend the store!

Store mgr. Peggy M. Was very rude with an attitude, I called about a $20.00 state tax that was added on along with sales tax to my new phone purchase . She said there is nothing she can do about it. She said it was in the system, really ? She is very rude to your customers . Cricket is ripping off their customers ! Verizon and T-Mobile do not charge a state tax on their new phone sales. How is cricket getting away with ripping people off adding a state tax of $20.00 to the new phone purchase? Cricket will be reported to the BBB , and state commissioner. You are ripping people off ! Also it would be wise to let go of Store Mgr. Peggy M. She has a bad attitude towards your customers. She needs better Training .
