Picked up my online order early this afternoon. There were roughly 6-7 people scurrying around getting things done. No one, I mean absolutely no one greeted me or the other customer that walked in. I had to ask to be helped. Very poor customer service. They should know better. Disappointed.

I placed an order for today online and my wife picked it up at the Tehama Ridge location. The staff there are not very polite nor friendly in greeting customers. Im very disappointed at this location and the way they treat or welcome customers upon arrival. Southlake & 7th St ( Fort Worth ) locations are a lot more inviting and the atmosphere is another level. I kinda regret it and ruins my day especially it was a special occasion.

Hear me out, I am not the type to leave a review, but I must have vengeance!!!! This may be first review I have ever left anywhere and I am 40. How is it possible for this location to be this bad? They are regularly out of 3 or more specialty cookies no matter the day of time. We have tried weekdays and weekends. I could go on and on about timing batches to be made or less congregating from employees or preparation ti make sure you aren’t out at surge times. What in the world!!! This location is leaving 50% of their potential profits on the table at any time because they never have the cookies made!!! When you ask the people in there, they say it’s going to be multiple hours before any of them are made??? How is that possible? Do they cook the cookies with sunlight and grow them like grass? Did they have no concept of the future demand and having a new batch to go in the ovens the instant the last one comes out? Does this location need to invest in more employees or ovens? It would be better to over cook and have to throw some away at the end of the night than leave a dozen customers unable to get the cookies they wanted in just the 15 minutes I am in the lobby on multiple occasions. If the cookies “won’t be ready for hours” than probably 100 customers come through in that time that don’t get their cookie. That is outrageous. Crumble should sue this franchise owner!!! Insane!!

Please avoid this location at all costs. They consistently suck, and their wait times are insane. If you place an order for pickup at a certain time, you’ll still be waiting one hour for your cookies upon arrival!!! And to top it all off, the last time I was in there I asked for a refund after waiting an hour, and when I got home I realized they refunded the wrong person. Do not go here.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a WHILE. Ordered a 6 pack of cookies for delivery from this location and received 5 in a sealed Crumbl box. My issue isn’t so much about the missing cookie as much as it is with how that problem was “solved.”I called the store and explained that I had 5, not 6 cookies in my box. I was told I could drive up to the store if I was nearby to COME GET the cookie they didn’t include in my DELIVERY order. (And as a side note, it is comical that one cookie was placed at the side of the center of the other four like maybe I wouldn’t notice. Or maybe, just maybe, I couldn’t count to six. Like it would have left too big a space had they put it where it was supposed to go. Gold star for effort.) After saying no, it was pitched to me that they could put my name down for a free cookie the next time I visited the store. Like I’ll be back or something. Then I asked for a refund for the one cookie, and got “Yup, you’re good.” Not holding my breath for that to come through.TLDR: Find a different location to buy from, this one maintains poor business practices.
