I was racially profiled and discriminated against by one of the white male employees at the Cube Smart location off 8065 Old Decatur Rd in Fort Worth, TX. This employee rudely harassed me about where my truck was parked at although there were several cars parked within the same driveway inside of the parking area. Moreover, I discovered a baby roach crawling on top of my heavy duty storage bin the day of me relocating my items from the unit. I WILL NEVER in this life or the next choose to occupy ANY of my items at the Cube Smart, 8965 Old Decatur Rd ever again!!!

Stored important items, and within 5 months had rats ? destroy (Chew, urinate and defecate) all over my possessions. I’ve had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of personal items. Cube Smarts mandatory insurance which they charge, doesn’t cover anything related to rodents, how convenient for them.
The district and corporate staff at CubeSmart have ignored my request for assistance and making things right. I’ve left voicemails and the local staff have told me they do not have the authority to help with anything. To add insult to injury, they just increased my rent for the unit by $18.00.
Avoid all cube smart properties.

Horrible place. Never store here. Unless you want all of your items destroyed by rodents! Read other reviews. It’s a problem. This pos place won’t cover or take care of you. Regional manager hung up on me. NEVER NEVER NEVER STORE HERE

Did not like how you changed the price while I was on the site (in the middle of the day) trying to reserve a spot and the website said 1 thing and the contract was saying something else. That was confusing. I had to go to the building and ask the staff to explain.

Zero stars. Rats ate and ruined all my stuff. I was over charged. I had canceled it 3 months ago and they took 400 dollars from my acct that I had already canceled and refused to refund me. These people are crooks.
