Employee is always very pleasant and helpful. The only problem is RATS..I transferred to a bigger unit and Rats had been in my old unit. No food was in the unit, they chewed up wrapping paper, peed and crapped on everything. Lots of rat killer going into new unit.

Pleasure to do with honesty. Derek was more than helpful. This is the fourth or fifth storage place. I've been to finally found a good place to store my belongings. Most places, tell you one thing over the phone and then change when you arrive at the location bait, and switch. Kudos to cube smart old decatur road.
