Secured a unit on the phone with CubeSmart main office, completed the paperwork, paid- representative on the phone was friendly and professional. Very simple process.
After that I then left a message for the on-site manager. She promptly returned my call and was friendly, and very helpful. I was able to go out to the location to select from one of a couple of options for my boat. I found a great space with her assistance and then received my lock and gate code. I’m very happy with the facility and price. Local manager was great to work with and made the process simple. I’m looking forward to storing my boat here.

Kelly who runs this place is amazing - exactly the opposite of what I encountered at almost every other local storage facility. Seriously whatever she gets paid it is not enough. I cannot speak more highly of how thorough and accommodating she was.

I am a current tenant (until i find another storage) CUBESMART has bought this place roughly last winter and im estimating. Since then they have raised the rent and or made you purchase their insurance THREE TIMES. It has went from 180 now to a minimum of 230 AND even more if you have their “insurance”. All they have done is relocate the gate, paint, and build a new✨fancy office building all for them. Yet, for the tenants, there are pot holes that hold water so i hope you dont mind splahing gravel
Water all over the side of your boat, driving through the gate about knocks your teeth out. One pothole in front of my unit is about 18” deep. They cant even get the grass mowed, its 2’ tall. Ive call, emailed management with no avail. Would rate lower if i could. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will add photos later.

Absolutely terrible experience, I guess they had their doors painted red a couple of months ago . I had one of my trucks parked inside. Coming back to it paint all over my truck. At first, they acted like they were interested in helping me out. Asked me to get a couple estimates. After sending them all the information. They won’t answer any of my calls text messages or emails!
Never dealt with anything like this before, almost $2000 in damage to my truck.

Very helpful and courteous! Kelly was great to work with and was willing to help and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is the best by far that I was able to find for my trailer storage, and I mean by FAR!! Highly recommended if looking for a storage solution that easily fits within your budget!

Process takes to long. Couldn’t get in the gate because it didn’t send a code and cars were backed up behind me. Finally got in and got a gate code. There was no lock at the storage so they gave me one with a lock combination already. Had to get another lock so I could hide my lock combination. Need to look at improving the system.

Unit was broken into and 1,000 dollars worth of damage was done. I bought the insurance for the unit. Had the police come and do a report even got a case number and filed my claim with the insurance company Cube smart uses. It’s been 7 months and haven’t heard about it and every time I call no one answers. I called Cube Smarts main office a week ago and no one will come up with a solution or return my phone call. It’s getting to a point to getting a lawyer involved. Store at your own risk.

Great customer service. Kelly was great to work with! She was very kind and made this process easy to obtain a unit for my company. She even met me before I rented the unit to make sure I could fit a trailer in there. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone else that’s looking. Prices are also hard to beat as I did a lot of homework.

No camera system in place for thefts.Also no system to record gate codes entered to gain access to facility.Would not work with law enforcement regarding providing video recordings of thefts.
