I have stored my current possessions at CubeSmart. I am extremely impressed by this entire location. But more importantly, I was thoroughly satisfied with Tammy, the GM of this location. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. It seems she really enjoys her job and made me feel welcome.

The worst storage experience beginning with the front desk associate entering my phone and email incorrectly and was unable to ever get registered online access. When we went to move out, we were fully moved out the day before my billing date but they still charged me a full month. We also had black mold on half of our belongings but no information on the insurance company to file claims for. Horrible experience overall

This is by far the best facility I've ever used even the climate control I love the fact the property manager Tammy is always on top of things always has answers to my concerns which put me at ease we have never had to wait days for a response thank you Tammy saginaw tx highly recommend

DO NOT STORE HERE
Management will steal your money and move you out without any notice. They wont even give you so much as courtesy call to let you know that they are terminating your agreement.
The contract explictly states that if cube smart initiates the termination I am entiled to my monthly payment return and yet they closed me out and kept my money even after I payed in full literally 3 days prior. Crooked company led by piss poor staff. Avoid at all costs.

Rent prices raised up so much that I was paying 165$ monthly for a tiny little unit, had to switch storage places and now I have a unit 2x the size, air conditioned, inside, and I’m only paying 75 now

I would give no stars if I could. The management at this place is as crooked as they come. Cutting ties with this place after I moved out of my unit was way too hard. They continued to charge me even after I moved out and signed an abandonment form. I left a lot of nice stuff in my unit that they could auction for a profit. Part of the abandonment process says when you move out you take your lock with you and that's exactly what I did. I believe the staff raided my locker and took the things they wanted and left the trash. I have pictures of how it was left but they threatened me and said I was going to have to continue to pay and then pay for someone to clean the cube. I'm glad I'm out and finally done with them.

I want to share my recent experience at CubeSmart, and unfortunately, it left me disappointed. Not only did I find the customer service lacking, with the older lady handling my case being rather rude and disrespectful during the deposit process, but she also insisted I clean the storage unit, despite having already done so. I've attached pictures as proof of the thorough cleaning. It's disheartening that such a situation arose, especially considering it was linked to a potential $200 deposit deduction.Tammy the manager
