While Jennifer does as much as she can she can only do so much. My father has been at CubeSmart in Watauga/Fort Worth for close to 20 years. In those 20 years my father a US Disabled Retired Veteran is being charged almost 400 A MONTH for a 10x10. They take advantage of people and there is no help. He fell behind on his bill as he struggled. They locked him out and sending it to auction. It’s my DECEASED mother’s things as well as my DECEASED babies box of her items when she died. Horrible human beings. We have a total of 4 units with them and are currently looking for other facilities.

The property is always clean, Jen is the most professional, and friendly Priperty Manager, Ive ever worked with. I came for the promotion, but stayed because of the consistency, and amazing attitude if the manager.

Jennifer has been a tremendous help going out of her way to call back, keep up with changes to my storage facility as well as provide great customer service! Always offering to go the extra mile. Have had many storage units with other businesses in the area and will not to going back to them or trying new ones. Strongly recommend the basswood location for cubesmart. Location is kept very clean and all the staff is great!
