It was a very nice process to get our unit, I truly appreciate the Staff, they made us feel welcome and not just a number. The unit was clean, affordable and in a perfect spot for us. I appreciated the call from Julie asking if I needed anything and she answered all my questions. Customer Service is awesome.

There was an incident when help in getting into gate would have been useful. Sometimes even with all the right information we mess up. Employees standing outside able to see there was a problem went back inside. This little incident was small but caused another waiting tenant some aggravation.
