Horrible call support I’ve never had someone try and put me on hold so consecutive and been so un helpful all I can say is if you guys want to sell more equipment and make more money get rid of the office line people and hire people who want to help your company instead of hanging up on everyone who calls

If you have to purchase any of their parts, try your best to purchase from a wholesaler... it's worth it to pay more and not have to have interaction with the Office Manager.
