I had a terrible experience at the CVS Pharmacy. I had an appointment and even checked in ahead of time, expecting the process to be quick. Instead, I ended up waiting 1 hour and 32 minutes just to get a simple flu shot. At one point there wasn’t even a line, and I still had to ask multiple times about the delay. After waiting that long with no explanation, I finally left without ever receiving the vaccine.
What makes it even worse is they billed my insurance and emailed me a vaccination record even though the shot was never given. That is false documentation and completely unacceptable.

Service was lack luster. Cashier did not call for assistance even with having 5 customers waiting. Wasn't welcoming or friendly. Only spoke when I addressed him and spoke to him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The young lady at the drive thru had the worst attitude. I didn’t catch her name, but she had the worst attitude I ever witnessed. The faces she was making..I mean wow. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I finally got to the window and she told me my prescription was almost ready and to drive around and get back in line………I said why? I just waited in line for 20 min. She said it would be a few minutes. The prescription was for 7 pills! Why would I get back in line for another 20 minutes rather than just wait right there for a few minutes ?? She stared at me and looked at me like I just killed her pet. I told her no thank you and that I would rather wait 3 minutes rather than another 20 to God knows how many minutes AGAIN. Smh. She rolled her eyes at me and slammed her phone down. The customer service and trust I have for that store is gone. And these people control our medicine?? Lord help us.

I really love my neighborhood CVS! The store is always well-stocked and easy to shop in, and the customer service makes it even better. Sayeda, one of the team members, is always so friendly and welcoming. She goes out of her way to let me know about the latest deals and savings, which I really appreciate.

Honestly just going to make the drive to the CVS in Hurst from now on. Don’t know what in the world is going on with the employees at this location but they were not polite what so ever. I had to pick up some stuff and when I went to check out, Courtney came over to assist me but gave me nothing but attitude. Was not interested in helping me, didn’t ask me for my CVS card even though I stated I had one and wanted to use it. She gave me more attitude after I asked if I could use it. Like, I get it, working sucks but come on. You don’t have self check out, I’m stuck getting your assistance too. Neither of us are happy here.
I will say she was actually working, so I’ll give her that - but she is not professional or polite.
