Had a prescription sent into the CVS in Target and they did not have it but the on on Trail Lake did. One CVS sent it to another CVS and I get to Trail Lake and they tell me that the medication can not be transferred. I had to have my doctor send it in to the Trail Lake CVS. Little Miss Sunshine behind the counter needs a lesson in customer service. Never again.

Always very friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile, but most of all they have been extremely fast in filing my prescriptions - much more quickly than Walgreens. They do customer service right at this location.

Gave me like 5 conflicting reasons on why they couldn't give me the meds I needed to function for a week and never solved the problem

i'm pretty sure you all have seen the reviews all talking about how terrible this pharmacy is ranging from months to years ago and I am here to report that it is STILL terrible! I had been trying to get my prescription for 3-4 weeks now, mind you it was my 3rd and final refill on acne medication that i needed meaning I had already gotten my 1st and 2nd refill here. Well specifically this pharmacist named Josh kept answering the phone when i'd call and every time he would tell me i had nothing and to contact my doctor. Well unfortunately for me I was going out of town for a week and this was my last hope on getting it and he said i had nothing under my profile. I had to go out of town without my medication. I come back and i call my doctor and the nurses tell me I do have my prescriptions and refills good to go. Well i call CVS Pharmacy again and well what do you know? Josh answers! He tells me again I have nothing and to call my doctor again which I do and this process repeats 2 times! I call CVS once more and for the first time in WEEKS another friendly woman answers and tells me my prescription has been ready this entire time. I was floored. In these weeks I broke out with a lot of acne all because JOSH was holding my prescription hostage

Tried to pick up a prescription on the way home today and at 1:32 was turned away and told they were taking lunch. There were at least two people working. Why would you not take your lunch breaks at different times?? Never had this happen at a pharmacy, super inconvenient and annoying.

Do not get your Rx's filled here. I went inside the store to pick up my son's prescription on 10/17/2021.The "pharmacist" was terrible! If I could give no stars I would. He was unprofessional, rude and an idiot. The entire time of my visit he was on his phone, had an AirPod in one ear and frustrated customers on the other. While trying to check out he kept signaling me with his hands on what to do on the keypad I felt like an idiot trying to figure out what he was trying to say. He did not speak to me because he was too busy on his phone listening intently to his conversation. Not only that he charged me more than double for my medications, aside from that he was also about to give me a medication that required HIM to add another ingredient and make sure it was properly mixed!! If it wasn't for the tech fixing his moronic errors I would have given it to my six year old without knowing!!!! He was too busy on his personal call to realize he messed up on my entire order, and started arguing and getting loud with a woman in the drive thru lane who was waiting on her change. After the tech let him know what her total was and what she gave him he proceeded to give her money back without apologizing. I cannot believe CVS would hire this incompetent person. The techs were running the pharmacy the frustration on their faces from fixing his mistakes and dealing with him on his damn phone. They don't get paid what he does to be putting up with BS and do what is required from him!!!

I just had the most negative & uncomfortable experience I've had in my 40 yrs of living just now at the Trail Lake Fort Worth, TX CVS location. I noticed when I walked in that I was getting some intense stares from the 2 employees working the floor, and as I went around the store completing my shopping (while following along on the CVS app trying to match up my coupons with the right items, it became evident that the 2 employees were literally following me around the store as if I had walked in with asking mask and a hoodie on, instead of my blue jeans and Fox racing t-shirt... It was so uncomfortable I decided to cut my trip short and check out with what ever I had in my cart just to get out of that situation. And when I went to check out at the registers, I was asked to step out of the self checkout line (with everyone else) and over to a closed register that the manager opened just to accommodate my purchase. Ok, to say I am disturbed is an understatement. That was A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that I did not in any way initiate or deserve. As a lifetime customer of the chain, I expect and deserve to be treated decently, or at the least, with ambivalence. That was uncalled for, unfair, and disrespectful, I feel. It hurt my feelings really to be honest. I'll find another location to shop at in the future and won't ever return to that store, that's for certain. CVS, please raise your priority level on customer service, this experience was unprofessional and never should have happened. It left a bad taste in my mouth for CVS, overall. I probably won't be patronizing the chain after this experience.

This was a wonderful pharmacy until they started Covid testing thus making the drive thru totally useless. Now I need to find a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever the staff is so rude I was shocked. I came in for my COVID vaccine and they weren't open yet and the person behind the counter (tall bald white guy) could not have been more rude when telling me they wouldn't be starting for 30 minutes. He's been rude on multiple occasions when I've come in for prescriptions, getting annoyed by having to look up the good RX price, etc. I switched to Kroger for my prescriptions.

Good little CVS near Wedgwood. Prices are higher than what you would find at Walmart or another grocery store, but it is much easier to get in and out quickly. This CVS is always been clean when I have gone, and the staff if both helpful and friendly.

This location is not open 24 hours even though they have two signs posted up front saying that this is a 24-hour location.
