I was having a little confusing type day running around, remembering some things for getting others, I feel that anyone reading this has those kind of days well today was that day. I’ve gone to CVS to pick up a couple of prescriptions and ended up using a debit card that I wouldn’t normally use for medical cost. I should’ve used our benefits card so when I noticed that it was charged to the wrong card, which I gave them, I called back up there and spoke to Sara, who is absolutely fabulous. She took her time which I caused and helped refund my prescriptions back to my debit card and then transferred it to my benefits card. It wasn’t a huge deal, but she went through it like a champ never looked offended or like I was wasting your time as most people would and I appreciated that thank you I really enjoyed doing business at CVS GOLDEN TRIANGLE .

One star is being generous! This CVS pharmacy is probably one of the most incompetent pharmacies I have ever been to. Not once, but twice their employees have run my drivers license for Allegra-D and had to re ring it causing the system to reject the sale because it thinks I have already got it for the 15 day cycle that is allowed per person, which in turn basically stops me from getting it until the next 15 day cycle. I get they have to be careful with it because, well, there are some people that ruin it for everyone, but dang it, train your staff on how to ring things up. AND this CVS on my last prescription pick up handed my husband someone else's 2 controlled medications. We walked out with 3 scripts when we paid for my one. I took it back in and handed it to the lead pharmacist and told them they should know it happened. They thanked me and that was it. Tonight, when I had a problem with an employee and asked to speak to a manager I was basically blown off. No wonder the staff is just as incompetent. All the while the staff in the back was talking back and forth in front of customers about someone quitting. Hmmmm, I wonder why?!?!

Worst pharmacy in the entirety of Keller. Nothing but problems since I transferred to them. The employees in the pharmacy do not give a crap for anyone or/are willing to help with anything. They make you seem like a liar and like you know nothing, even though I myself work in healthcare with plenty of experience so I should be lax and try to be. They are not people you can cut slack. They have messed up all my script and tried to charge outrageous prices even though I have my insurance and I am covered and should have a 0.00 deductible. Had to call my insurance company and have the lady talk to them to explain this. After that THEY GAVE MY ENTIRE NARCOTIC AND CONTROLLED substance prescriptions (which I need since I tore two ligaments on my knee 2 days ago) to the wrong person and REFUSED to refill it cause “SOMEONE ELSE” had already picked it up. As it is my fault that they messed up. I will be calling the DEA about this place and their entire shady practice.

I wanted to give a sincere shoutout to Ramiro, Danny, & Isabel for saving the day! I lost my debit card, and traced my last steps to CVS. Thank you to Ramiro for your impeccable memory, and remembering that you saw my card. Thank you Isabel for being patient enough to search everywhere & find my card. Thank you Danny for taking the time to verify my identity & not just let my card go with a random stranger. Thank you all so much! A great team nonetheless!

If I had a choice to give 0 star I would but since I could only give one star here it is. I made an appointment online for a COVID test and it said to go through the drive thru and the test will be taken in my vehicle. So I followed the directions and waited 15 mins in the drive thru to get my test done. Once I got to the window, the guy at the window told me I have to come inside to check in. I did what the guy told me and went inside. Waited in the line for another 10 mins only to be told that they don’t do the test inside and I have to go back through the drive thru. Not sure why they hire incompetent people who don’t even know how to do their job right. If you’re not sure ask the supervisor before telling the customer what to do. Very unprofessional.

Was awkward location, medication never showed on portal. Was also called and told my medicine was ready. Used my lunchbreak to go. The medication was not ready. They are very friendly. No complaints on staff, it's just very unorganized.

Standing in line at 10am on a Friday at pharmacy and there are 7 people waiting f to be helped. There are 9 employees in pharmacy area but ONLY one working register.Come on. We don’t need to wait 20 min. Management should be better.

I've had it with this location! The most unprofessional customer service I've EVER received at a pharmacy. No sense of urgency for anyone. My current insurance provider must be getting a huge kickback to only offer CVS to fill prescriptions! Would never recommend under any circumstances this location.

Get a text saying my prescription is ready I get down there and the person at the window says it's not ready. Then he tells me I'm reading the text wrong? No ? I had another person in the car with me read him what the text said so he would maybe realize that we are not idiots. The worst pharmacy in the the keller area. And if it wasn't for my insurance I would gladly transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. These people are not professional they are not customer oriented.
